#bldwithblda, Do it Differently - Women who dare to build
We posed a casual question to the team: "What does Blda mean to you?" The unexpected response from a team member struck a chord and highlights the very issue the "bldwithblda" campaign addresses.
It was work as usual, a typical Tuesday morning during our team meeting, nicknamed "Avenue 10," something monumental happened. The Head of Design casually asked, "What does Blda mean to you?" This question, intended to prepare the team for an upcoming sprint, sparked an unexpected and inspiring conversation.
One team member responded, "Can I share a story to answer that?" She continued, "This might not be what we're all expecting, but it reflects exactly how I felt after a friend confided in me about her journey into motherhood. I had always thought my friend had everything together, until she quietly admitted, 'I feel like ever since I started a family, my career vanished.'"
The ensuing discussions, following each team member's reflections, set the stage for the launch of the #bldwithblda campaign.
The bldwithblda debut campaign is designed to create a more immersive, supportive, and engaging experience for our audience.
The process began with controlled conversations with selected women who shared their challenges in building and sustaining dreams amidst various life circumstances.

This campaign will run throughout August 2024. Participants will gain access to Blda's suite of products to build and market a product within a short timeframe. We've designed the campaign around a new, unique framework developed by the Blda team to help users reach milestones that unlock invaluable rewards.
